APPROACH
I built a synthetic market where strategies face the same seeded event stream. Guided scenarios isolate strategy choice, budget pressure, and demand surges while the interface explains each auction rather than hiding it behind aggregate charts.

DIFFICULT DECISION
The key decision was to make explanation and reproducibility first-class product features. Every run carries a seed, configuration hash, event-schema version, and strategy-SDK version, so a result can be repeated and audited.
EVALUATION
I tested the engine across five million searches and packaged three interpretable scenarios: a baseline strategy tournament, budget pressure, and a deterministic demand surge.
